#3: Save your code outside of Fusion Lifecycle

Sure you can trust Autodesk to keep your tenant data safe but they won’t keep you safe from yourself. If you’re making changes to a script and realize later that your changes broke something else and need to revert back to a previous version of the script, saving that previous version is all on you. Fusion Lifecycle does not offer any versioning functionality on scripts.

I would recommend creating a GitHub account or Azure DevOps to store your code. Both will provide versioning and the standard functions of any good software repository platform. I do really like using DevOps to do some offline code changes directly within the DevOps editor. The intellisense capability will definitely help you out if you’re just starting with JavaScript.
